- Defect: Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2019-2026 Ram 1500 vehicles. The second-row center and left-side seat belt buckle anchors may have been improperly installed. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 210, “Seat Belt Assembly Anchorages.”
- Safety consequence: An improperly installed seat belt buckle anchor may fail to properly restrain occupants, increasing the risk of injury during a crash.
- Remedy: Dealers will inspect and attach the seat belt buckle anchor to the body structure as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed August 18, 2026. Owners may contact Chrysler customer service at 1-800-853-1403. Chrysler’s number for this recall is 67D. CHRYSLER, DODGE, JEEP, RAM: PACIFICA, PACIFICA PLUG-IN HYBRID, VOYAGER and other models
This recall concerns rearview-camera display functionality across a range of Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles. The official record says the camera image may not appear when the vehicle is shifted into reverse, reducing the driver’s view behind the vehicle. The remedy is a radio-software update, performed by a dealer or delivered through an over-the-air update, at no charge.

- Defect: Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2026 Jeep Wrangler, Jeep Gladiator, Jeep Compass, Jeep Cherokee, Jeep Grand Cherokee, Jeep Grand Cherokee L, Jeep Grand Wagoneer, Jeep Grand Wagoneer L, Ram Promaster, Ram Promaster EV, Ram 1500, Ram 2500, Chrysler Pacifica Plug-In Hybrid, Chrysler Voyager, and 2026-2027 Chrysler Pacifica and Dodge Charger vehicles. The rearview camera image may fail to display when the vehicle is placed in reverse. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 111, “Rear Visibility.”
- Safety consequence: A rearview camera image that fails to display reduces the driver’s view behind the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.
- Remedy: Radio software will be updated by a dealer or through an over-the-air (OTA) update, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed beginning September 2, 2026. TOYOTA: CAMRY HYBRID
This recall concerns the instrument-cluster display in Toyota Camry Hybrid vehicles. The official record says a display failure during startup can deactivate several warning and signaling functions. Dealers will update the display software at no charge.

As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) numbers 101, “Control and Displays,” 108, “Lamps, Reflective Devices and Associated Equipment,” 114, “Theft Protection and Rollaway Prevention,” and 208, “Occupant Crash Protection.”
- Safety consequence: An instrument cluster that fails to display critical safety information increases the risk of a crash or injury.

JEEP: GRAND CHEROKEE, GRAND CHEROKEE 4XE, GRAND CHEROKEE L
This recall concerns rear coil-spring installation on Jeep Grand Cherokee, Grand Cherokee L, and Grand Cherokee 4XE vehicles. The official record says rear coil springs may have been installed incorrectly and could detach while the vehicle is being driven. Dealers will replace the rear coil-spring lower isolators at no charge; the official record indicates that further notice will follow when the final remedy is available.

BUICK, CHEVROLET: ENCORE GX, ENVISTA, TRAILBLAZER and other models
This recall concerns rearview-camera image quality in Buick Encore GX, Buick Envista, Chevrolet Trailblazer, and Chevrolet Trax vehicles. The official record says the camera screen may show a distorted image or no image, reducing the driver’s view behind the vehicle. Dealers will inspect the rearview camera and replace it when necessary at no charge.
