Ram 1500: rear seat-belt buckle anchors

The second-row buckle anchors may have been installed incorrectly. Dealers will inspect and attach the anchors to the body as necessary. The recall concerns the anchorage, rather than a universal replacement of the seat belts.

• Defect: Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2019-2026 Ram 1500 vehicles. The second-row center and left-side seat belt buckle anchors may have been improperly installed. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 210, “Seat Belt Assembly Anchorages.”
• Safety consequence: An improperly installed seat belt buckle anchor may fail to properly restrain occupants, increasing the risk of injury during a crash.
• Remedy: Dealers will inspect and attach the seat belt buckle anchor to the body structure as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed August 18, 2026. Owners may contact Chrysler customer service at 1-800-853-1403. Chrysler’s number for this recall is 67D. Ford Bronco: underhood wiring fire risk

The engine-compartment wiring can become damaged and short-circuit. Ford’s remedy adds protective sheathing. The campaign uses different notification phases for Bronco and Bronco Raptor groups, so owners should confirm the stage for their VIN.

• Defect: Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2021-2026 Bronco and Bronco Raptor vehicles. The engine compartment wiring harness may become damaged and short circuit.
• Safety consequence: A short circuit in the engine compartment can create heat or spark, increasing the risk of a fire.
• Remedy: Dealers will install sheathing over the wiring, free of charge. This is a Phased campaign. Phase 1 will include 2026 Bronco Raptor notified owners on 7/31/2026. Phase 2 will include 2021-2025 Bronco Raptor vehicle will notify owners on or about 8/14/2026. Phase 3 will include 2021-2026 Bronco will notify owners on or about 9/1/2026. Subaru: incorrect axle-weight certification labels

The issue is the printed Gross Axle Weight Rating on the certification label. Subaru will provide a replacement label; owners may also have a dealer install it free of charge. A model name alone does not establish whether its label is affected.

• Defect: Subaru of America, Inc. (Subaru) is recalling certain 2026 Crosstrek Hybrid, 2025-2026 Forester Hybrid, Forester, and 2019-2026 Ascent vehicles. These vehicles were manufactured with an incorrect Gross Axle Weight Rating (GAWR) on the certification label. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) 110, “Tire selection and rims.”
• Safety consequence: An incorrect GAWR label may lead to an overloaded vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.
• Remedy: Subaru will mail a new certification label to owners, free of charge. Owners may also choose to have a dealer install the new label, free of charge. Letters informing owners of the safety risk were mailed August 27, 2026. Additional letters will be mailed once the remedy is available. Owners may contact Subaru customer service at 1-844-373-6614. Subaru’s number for this recall is WRH-26.

Kia Telluride: power-seat motor fire risk

Kia advises affected owners to park outside and away from structures until the repair is complete. The repair adds an electronic fuse assembly. Vehicles repaired under recall 24V407 still require this new remedy.

• Defect: Kia America, Inc. (Kia) is recalling certain 2020-2024 Telluride vehicles. The front power seat motor may overheat due to a stuck power seat slide knob or an improper recall 24V407 repair, which can result in a fire while parked or driving.
• Safety consequence: A fire increases the risk of injury.
• Remedy: Owners are advised to park outside and away from structures until the recall repair is complete. Dealers will install an electronic fuse assembly, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed August 13, 2026. Owners may contact Kia customer service at 1-800-333-4542. Kia’s number for this recall is SC374. This recall replaces NHTSA recall number 24V407. Vehicles already repaired under the previous recall will need to have the new remedy completed. Ford Explorer and Lincoln Aviator: second-row seat movement

An easy-entry switch can bind and allow a second-row outer seat to unlatch or move unexpectedly. Remedy availability is phased by model and model year; owners should confirm the applicable stage with a dealer.

• Defect: Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2020-2027 Aviator and 2020-2026 Explorer vehicles. The switch for the easy-entry second-row outer seats may bind or stick, resulting in the seats unlatching, tipping, or sliding unexpectedly.
• Safety consequence: A seat that moves unexpectedly may not properly restrain an occupant during a crash, increasing the risk of injury.
• Remedy: Dealers will inspect and replace the bezel around the switch as necessary, free of charge. This will be a phased campaign, with the remedy becoming available in different phases based on model and model years. Interim letters explaining the safety risk were mailed August 19, 2026. Additional letters will be sent once the remedy is available, anticipated in January 2027. Lincoln Aviator owner notification letters were mailed August 21, 2026. Honda Odyssey: rearview-camera failure

Water intrusion can stop the rearview camera from displaying an image in reverse. The repair is replacement of the camera. This campaign expands the earlier 20V438 recall.

• Defect: Honda (American Honda Motor Co.) is recalling certain 2018-2020 Odyssey vehicles. Water may enter into the rearview camera, which can cause the rearview camera image to fail to display when the vehicle is in reverse. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 111, “Rear Visibility.”
• Safety consequence: A rearview image that does not display reduces the driver’s view behind the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.
• Remedy: Dealers will replace the rearview camera, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed August 24, 2026. Owners may contact Honda’s customer service at 1-888-234-2138. Honda’s number for this recall is HOX. This recall expands previous NHTSA recall number 20V438. BMW and Toyota Supra: starter-motor fire risk

BMW’s August 20 amended report describes internal starter wear that can cause overheating or fire. The planned repair replaces the starter. This campaign expands 26V056; the report supplies the detailed model and production ranges.

• Defect: BMW of North America, LLC (BMW) is recalling certain 2023-2024 Toyota Supra, 2022-2025 2 Series Coupe, 2021-2023 5 Series, 2022-2026 Z4, 2023-2024 4 Series Gran Coupe, 4 Series Convertible, 4 Series Coupe, 3 Series, 2021-2025 X4, and 2021-2024 X3 vehicles. Please see the recall report for a complete list of all models. The engine starter may overheat and catch fire due to wear on an internal component.
• Safety consequence: Fire increases the risk of injury.
• Remedy: Dealers will replace the engine starter, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed on August 28, 2026. A corroded switch in the driver’s door lock may fail to detect an open door, preventing automatic parking functions from engaging as intended. The listed remedy replaces the door lock.

A loose roof-rail cover can become a road hazard. Dealers are to inspect the covers and repair or replace retention parts as needed. The interim notice is separate from the final repair.
